Our Returns Policy

At Bernard's Books, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size or item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
